(قل سيروا في الارض فأنظروا كيف كان عاقبة المجرمين)
صدق الله العظيم
إخوتنا في الجهاد والمقاومة، لدينا أعداء في العلن، ومثلهم في الخفاء فخبث المحتلين قاعدة.
الحرب لنهب النفط، قالها الجنرالات، والسياسيون واليهود. لقد جاء (برايمر) وسرق مليارات الدولارات نقداً، كما سرق لصوص الآثار مائة وثلاثون ألف قطعة، وتبعهم الأكراد بنقل مصانع الجيش وسلاحه إلى الفرس، كل ذلك شاهده العراقي والقارىء والأعمى!
أما اللص الذي يدمر في الخفاء، فلابد أن يفضح نفسه، عندما يساعد الإحتلال بتنفيذ اهدافه، ولابد أن يكشفه الشعب والمقاومة، لأنه أخطر من الذي يعمل في العلن أحياناً.
لو أجلنا كشف اللصوص في العراق، وانتقلنا الى المحافظات الشمالية، لوجدنا نتائج ما حصلنا عليه عند الإخوة في مكتب معلومات المقاومة العراقية، عن أسس المبادىء الكردية وهي:
1- إن إستقلال كردستان، يتم بعد تحطيم دولة العراق مع الجهات الأجنبية.
2- وان انشاء كردستان الكبرى، يتم بعد تحطيم دولة تركيا مع الجهات الأجنبية.
3- وان تأسيس جيش عراقي عربي، خطر دائم ضد الأكراد.
4- وان جميع الإتفاقيات السابقة مع حكومات بغداد مؤقتة، أما الإتفاقيات مع الفرس والإنكليز واليهود، فهي ثابتة حتى لو تم تأجيل مراحلها.
ولكن، ماهي الثوابت العراقية بعد الاحتلال؟
1- إن مسعود البرزاني كأبيه، ويكفينا مذكرات مستشاره، محمود عثمان في تل أبيب، وتأكيده بأن الإانفصال قادم لا محاله بعد الإستيلاء على كركوك ونصف الموصل وديالى والكوت.
2- أمريكا والإنكليز صنعوا كردستان، ومنعوا جيش تركيا وحكومتها عن الدفاع عن تركيا تمهيدا لتمزيقها.
3- لا يمكن أن تعيش كردستان مستقلة، إلا بقوة اقتصادية ونفطية ودعم المستعمرين.
4- وجد الإحتلال قائدا مالياً للانفصال يعمل في الخفاء، ويساند البرزاني بتنفيذ المهمة، وهو شخص كان عراقياً يدعى (حميد ضياء جعفر)، يعمل بنشاط عارم، أكثر من البرزاني والبشمركة. انه يتفاخر بجرأة بعد أن سحب وراءه الطامعين بثروة العراق من الشركات والحكومات والبنوك.
ماذا صنع لتحقيق الانفصال؟ دعونا نسطر أعماله بإيجاز، من عمان ولندن واربيل؟
المعروف أنه صديق مخلص إلى (أياد علاوي) وكانت إجتماعاته المنتظمة قبل وبعد الإحتلال في عمان ولندن مستمرة.
حصل بعد الإحتلال على إمتياز ادارة الموانىء العراقية من علاوي، ولكن الغي الإمتياز بعد سيطرة الأحزاب الإيرانية على البصرة، وإغلاق مكاتب علاوي هناك.
إستطاع إقناع حكومة النروج، على دفع شركة (دي. أن. أو) النفطية، للتعاقد مع (حكومة كردستان) دون موافقة بغداد، وكان الإتفاق الذي نفذه فعلاً هو توفيره لحفار نفطي مع العمال من الصين، مقابل حصة الغاز، أما النفط الذي وجد في حقل (تاوكي)، فسيكون من حصة النروج والأكراد.
الهدف واضح، وهو وضع حجر الأساس في مشروع الإنفصال، وتوفير القوة الإقتصادية والمالية للآقليم.
في أيلول 2005 وقع حميد جعفر بإسم شركة الهلال في الشارقة، اتفاقية مع شركة الإستكشافات النفطية العراقية لإعداد دراسات حول الحقول النفطية على الحدود العراقية الكويتية.
وبتاريخ 16\4\2007 وقع الإتفاقية الرئيسية مع رئيس كردستان، نيشرفان برزاني، في أربيل باسم (دانة غاز الشارقة) وشريكتها (نفط الهلال الشارقة) بادارة (ابنه) لتطوير غاز حقل(خورمور) الذي اغلق بعد حرب 1991، وكذلك حقل (جمجمال) لغرض تزويد الوقود الى محطات كهرباء اربيل والسليمانية، وأكد للأكراد في خطابه، أنه سيقود الشركات الإماراتية لتطوير كردستان ستراتيجياً، وذلك بإستثمار أولي قدره هو ب(650) مليون دولار.
بتاريخ 22\11\2008 إفتتح حميد جعفر فرعا لشركة دانة غاز في السليمانية.
وبتاريخ 5\6\2008 إستأجر حميد جعفر أكبر طائرة نقل في العالم (انطونوف) لنقل تجهيزات مصنع الغاز المهمة من هيوستن في الولايات المتحدة الى اربيل مباشرة.
بتاريخ 10\6\2008 أسس حميد جعفر (نفط الهلال) شركة (أنجي غاز) مع الشركة التركية (تركرلير)، نشاطها شراء الغاز من كردستان وتصديره.
أما بتاريخ 30\6\2008 أعلن حميد عن حصوله على أرض من كردستان بمساحة (46) كيلومتر مربع لإنشاء مدينة (كردستان للغاز) الصناعية بكلفة (3) مليار دولار للبنية التحتية ولجلب (40) مليار من الإاستثمارات الإماراتية والأجنبية.
في شهر حزيران 2008 أبرم حميد إتفاقا مع شركة (ايكاروس) الكويتية للتعاون في مشاريع النفط والغاز.
وبتاريخ 20\7\2008 إجتمع حميد مع البرزاني وأعلن أن انتاج الغاز سيتم في نهاية 2008 بطاقة (300) مليون قدم مكعب وذلك لإمداد محطات كهرباء السليمانية واربيل بسعة (1250) ميغاواط عبر خط انابيب طوله (180) كيلومتر، الى جانب انشاء مدينة كردستان للغاز الصناعية بكلفة (500) مليون دولار. كما أعلن ان المشروع سيوفر على حكومة كردستان ملياري دولار سنوياً، هي قيمة إستيراد الديزل للمحطات.
ثم أعلن حميد، بتاريخ 5\9\2008 عن البدء بانتج الغاز، وإكمال المشروع الذي كلف (650) مليون دولار بتوريد (50) ألف طن من المعدات والانابيب على (2300) شاحنة تركية دخلت من منافذ تركيا.
وبتاريخ 5\10\2008 نجح حميد جعفر بعقد ندوة النفط تحت رعاية مجلس نفط الشارقة الذي استضاف (12) عضوا من لجنة النفط والغاز في البرلمان العراقي الى الشارقة، وتمت الإتفاقات الشفوية على مائدة شيخ الشارقة، الذي لا يعلم بما يخطط له حميد من مهالك.
وهناك الكثير فوق ما ذكر اعلاه، ولكن بعد سرد انجازات حميد في الخفاء، وهدفها مشاريع نفطية ومليارات الدولارات تؤدي الى إنفصال المحافظات الكردية لصالح المحتلين والعصابات الكردية، ولا تقل قيمتها عن خدمات من سهلوا دخول المحتلين، بل وتساعد على بقاء الإحتلال بتمويل الثروات المحلية، دون أن تكلف الخزينة الأمريكية.
لقد بنى اليهود مطار اربيل بالاتفاق مع البرزاني، وهناك قواعد ومدن عسكرية امريكية نعلم جيداً بمواقعها، وكلها تحتاج الى غاز وديزل، والمدعو حميد جعفر، قدم لهم ذلك بأموال إماراتية، كيف يفسر ذلك؟؟
لا يمكن ان يتحول شخصاً عادياً في الشارقة إلى (ديناصور) مالي في أيام، إلا بمعاونة وبرنامج موجه امريكي وانكليزي وغيرهم.
اذا كان هذا المغمور ومن معه يقدرون الأرباح من سرقة ثروة العراق، فهل يقدرون اضرار تمويل (البيشمركة) بالأسلحة لفصل الشمال وقتل العراقيين العرب في الموصل والمحافظات؟؟
ماذا تقول رافدان؟
اذا كان حميد يريد الثروة فإن الأرباح توزع قانونياً على المساهمين، إلا إذا كان يسرقها دون علمهم، فلماذا يتبرع بتشويه سمعته؟
واذا كان عمله بإتفاق امريكي مقابل عدم سجن اخيه، فهل يساوي اخيه ثلاث محافظات وحياة مئات الالوف من العراقيين؟
واذا قال انه (أجنبي) إذن يجب محاكمته كمجرم خطط لتقسيم العراق، وقتل اهله مالياً، ألم يحاكم الحلفاء وزير المالية الألماني لانه نظم اقتصاد الدولة للحرب؟
واذا قال أنه (عراقي) إذن يجب محاكمته بالخيانة العظمى عدة مرات!
واذا قال إني (نادم) على ما فعلت، عليه اولاً ان يدعم المقاومة العراقية مالياً، ثم يجمد ويلغي مشاريعه في العراق علناً، ومن السهل علينا التأكد مما يفعل.
أخيراً، نذكره ليفسر لنا كيف يقف خلف البرزاني مع اعضاء شركاته، وهو يعلم ان مسعود البرزاني ساهم بالاحتلال وبناء القواعد الأمريكية، ويدعو إلى توقيع الإتفاقية الإستعمارية. وهل من المعقول ان حميد لا يعلم ان الاحتلال قتل مليوني عراقي، وهجر خمسة ملايين، ويتم مليونى طفل ورمل مليون ارملة؟
نقول واثقين ان كل لص، ومجرم، وقاتل، وخاطف، سيتم عقابه باذن الله.

The Independence of Kurdistan led by Barzani and Hamid Jaffar
Brothers in Jihad and resistance, we have enemies in the open, and other ones who operate in the shadows and the devious nature of our enemies is what is always to be expected.
The war is to steal the oil, the generals said that, the politicians and even the Zionists. Bremer arrived first and stole billions of dollars in cash. Just as other thieves stole over 130,000 pieces of artifacts, then came the Kurds, who transported the factories of our armed forces and all the weapons to Persia, all this was witnessed by the Iraqis, readers all around the world, and even the blind !
As for the thieves who destroyed from behind the shadows, they always reach a level where they uncover themselves, when they help occupying forces to achieve their plans, our people and their resistance will reveal his plans, for they are more dangerous than the ones who operate in broad daylight.
If we leave these thieves for a moment, and direct our attention to the Northern provinces, will find the results that were handed over to us by our brothers, in the Iraqi Resistance Information Desk these results reveal the principles followed by the Kurdish militias:
1- The independence of Kurdistan, can only occur after the destruction of Iraq by the help of foreign forces.
2- The establishment of greater Kurdistan, can only occur after the destruction of Turkey, also by the help of foreign forces.
3- The re-establishment of an Iraqi Arab army, is considered a prime danger Kurdish separatist parties.
4- all previous agreements with governments in Baghdad, are considered temporary arrangements. All agreements with
the Persians, the English, and the Zionists are to be respected in the short and long-term, even if some stages of
implementation are delayed.
But what are the ideals of Iraqis after the occupation has been defeated:
1- Massoud Barzani, is like his father. All we have to look at, are the memoirs of his assistant, Mahmoud Othman, on
one of his numerous visits to Tel Aviv. He once confirmed that separation is inevitable after the control of Kirkuk, Half
of Mosul, Diala, & Even Kut.
2- The US Admin. & the English, created Kurdistan. They have prevented the Turkish army and their government from
defending Turkey in preparation to weaken that state. The attacks the Turkish Army is carrying out is purely cosmetic.
3- Kurdistan will never exist as a separate state, unless it was supported economically and by oil by the occupiers.
4- The occupation has found a leading financier who operates in the dark, who aids Barzani implement his plan, a man
who was Iraqi, by the name Hamid Dhia Jaffar, a man who operates efficiently, even more than Barzani and the
Peshmirga Mellitia. And he's proud of what he's doing, after he pulled behind him those who are greedy as well as
Other regional governments, companies and Banks.
What has he done to reinforce separatism? Let us together summarize his actions, planned from the cities Amman, London, and Arbil.
It is known, that he is a close friend of Ayad Allawi, and their meetings before and after the occupation in Amman and London were numerous. After the occupation, he managed to sign a contract to manage Iraq's Ports from Allawi's government. But it was soon canceled after the Persian militias managed to control Basra, and close all of Allawi's offices there.
He managed to convince the government of Norway, to introduce a company by the name DNO oil to sign a contract with the government of Kurdistan, without the approval of the Baghdad government, he then fulfilled his part of the contract by supplying and installing a new Chinese drilling platform, in the return for a share in the gas production, as for the oil that was found in “Towkey” field, that will be divided between Norway and the Kurdish Parties.
The aim is clear, it is setting the first building blocks of separation and the providing of economic and financial power for the separatist regions.
In September of 2005, Hamid Jaffar, signed a contract as “Crescent oil” with the Iraqi oil exploration company to prepare studies regarding the oil fields on the so-called Iraqi Kuwaiti border.
On the 16th April 2007, he signed a major agreement with the president of Kurdistan Neshervan Barzani, with another of his companies Dana Gas, along with its partner Crescent Petroleum, which is managed by his sons Majid & Badr, to develop the gas fields of “Khormoor”, which was closed after the war of 1991, also the field of “Chamchamal”, to provide fuel for Kurdish electricity plants in Arbil and Sulaimaniah. And he guaranteed during a speech, that he will bring companies from the UAE to develop strategic projects in Kurdistan under the initial value of $650 million dollars.
On 22nd of November 2008 this man opened a branch of his Company, Dana Gas in Sulaimaniah.
On the 5th of July 2008, he leased an Antonov transport aircraft to deliver critical gas plant components all the way from Houston in the US to Arbil in Iraq direct.
On the 10th of July 2008, he established a partnership between Crescent oil and a Turkish company called “Turkler” to form a new company by the name “Ingy Gas” which will market exported gas from the north and carry out the exports through Turkish territory.
On the 30th of June 2008, he declared that he received a large part of land from the Kurdistan government sizing up to 46 km² to construct Kurdistan city of gas, an industrial area at the cost of US$3 billion in infrastructure, that will attract $40 billion of investments from the UAE and other foreign countries.
During the month of June 2008 he also signed a contract with a company called “Icarus” based in Kuwait for the joint exploration of oil and gas.
On the 20th of July 2008, Hamid and Barzani met and declared that gas production will begin at the end of 2008 with the capacity of 300,000 cubic feet, this will provide electricity stations in Arbil and Sulaimaniah which produce 1250 MW using a pipeline extending 180 km. They also declared that they will construct Kurdistan city of gas worth $500 million in this project will free $2 billion worth of expenses currently used to purchase fuel from areas.
He then went on to declare on 5th of September 2008 that production has started, and to complete the project he has spent $650 million to provide 50,000 tons of equipment on pipelines that were loaded on a total of 2300 trucks that entered Iraq from Turkey.
On the 5th of October 2008, he succeeded in arranging a seminar about Oil, sponsored by the Oil Council of the Emirates of Sharjah in the UAE, which welcomed 12 members of the oil and gas council and the puppet parliament of Iraq and verbal agreements were made, on the dining table of Sharjah’s sheikh, who knows nothing of the true extent of Hamid’s Plan.
There are many points we have chosen to leave for now as they are numerous, but after giving you a summary of this man's work in the dark, and his keen ambition to develop multi-billion-dollar oil projects that will lead to separatism and favoritism to Kurdish militia leaders and the occupiers; a man who is no less dangerous than those who came in with the occupiers and made occupation easy, by assisting the occupiers and prolonging their stay without having the enemy treasury bare the cost of this occupation.
The Zionists have built the airport of Arbil with Barzani, and there are cities and camps being built for the American troops and the Resistance knows their positions very well, all these camps require diesel and gas & Hamid Jaffar is providing this with funds from the UAE. How was this possible??
It is impossible for a normal man to become a financial dinosaur in days, it is only possible with the assistance of those who program his moves of American and British advisers, and if this dreamer, along with his partners calculate the profits of stealing Iraq wealth; then do they measure the effect and negative impact of funding the Peshmerga Militia with weapons that divide the North, and killing innocent Iraqis and Mosul and other Provinces ??
What does Rafidan say?
If Hameed seeks wealth, then the income of his publicly liable companies is divided equally amongst the shareholders, unless he is stealing some without them knowing, why then does he risk ruining the reputation of himself and his family?
If this is part of the arrangement with the Americans not to imprison his brother, then we ask is his brother worth three provinces and the lives of hundreds of thousands of Iraqis?
And if he says he is a foreigner, then we must try him as a criminal who plotted the division of Iraq & the killing of its people financially, didn't the allies try the German finance minister for preparing his country's economy for war?
And if he says he is Iraqi, then we should try him as a traitor & numerous times!
And if he says he regrets what he has done, then he must first support the Iraqi resistance financially, then halt all of his projects & activities in Iraq, and in broad daylight for all to see, and it is very easy for us to confirm that.
Finally, we wish to remind him to explain to us, why he is supporting Barzani and his partners whom he knows well, that they have participated in the occupation of Iraq and the building of US bases, Barzani also supports the signing of a long-term plan for US presence in Iraq. Is it possible that Hamid does not know that the occupation has killed over 1 million Iraqis, created 5 million refugees, orphaned 1 million of our children, and widowed over 1 million of our women?
We say this because we know that every thief, criminal, killer, & kidnapper, will one day be punished by God's will.
And God is witness to our claim.
